Can I extend my party time at Joyland?
Unfortunately, party extensions aren't available. If you need more time, we recommend booking an additional party session.
How old can the kids be at my party?
There is no age limit for birthday parties. We do, however, count all children 10 months (or crawling) to 11 years towards your child count
What's the party timeline and what happens if I'm late?
Your party includes 60 minutes of playtime, 40 minutes of food/cake time, and 20 minutes of final playtime. About 10 minutes before the end, we'll start wrapping up. Please have all guests leave or in the lobby by the end time. Late departures incur a $5 per minute fee, so please help us keep the schedule on track when we have back-to-back parties. If we don't have another party scheduled immediately after yours, you're welcome to stay and enjoy more playtime in the play area.
Can I bring in outside food and drink?
Yes, you're welcome to bring in outside food and drink (no alcohol, please). Keep in mind that setup and cleanup are included within your party time, so plan accordingly to ensure you have time to enjoy the celebration. A $150 charge will apply for outside food.
Do I need to clean up after my party?
No! All you need to do is make sure you have everything you want to keep. We’ll handle the rest!
Do you offer invitations?
We do not offer this for now
Will I be charged a cleaning fee?
The only time you’d be charged a cleaning fee is when there is a GIANT mess. Usually it’s things like confetti, glitter, paper shreds stuff like that. But it also includes if there are things like food and lots of crumbs out on the play floor, writing on the walls/equipment. Our staff will be there helping and playing with the kids and they will hopefully be able to curb it before it gets too bad.
Can I bring a cake or gift bags?
Yes, you're welcome to bring a cake (don't forget candles!) and gift bags. There's no additional fee for bringing these party essentials!
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we will be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play area and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellation: Deposits are not refundable if you cancel within 4 weeks of your party date. Rescheduling: You cannot reschedule your party if you're within 2 weeks of the scheduled date.
