Field Trips FAQS

What is the minimum number of children required for a field trip?
A minimum of 15 children is required to reserve a field trip.
When can field trips be scheduled?
Field trips must be scheduled during our regular store hours. If an earlier time is needed, a $150 early opening fee applies for trips with fewer than 30 children.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A $150 deposit is required to book a field trip. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the trip, based on the final number of children attending.
What is included in the field trip package?
One Capri Sun or bottled water per child Two hours of playground fun (Please note: other guests may be present during your trip.)
Are grip socks required?
Yes! Grip socks are required for everyone entering the facility. You can bring your own or purchase them from us for $2.99 per pair.
Is a waiver required?
Yes, a signed waiver is required for all individuals entering the facility. Waivers can be found on our website under the Waiver Form tab. Parents can sign for their child(ren) individually. For groups, the daycare/school head staff can sign on behalf of all attending children.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food is only allowed if you book the private room package and pay a $150 outside food fee. Otherwise, outside food is not permitted in the facility.
Can I reschedule or cancel a field trip?
Yes! Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Contact us at info@myjoyland.com.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes! Adult supervision is required at all times during the field trip.
Who can book a field trip?
Field trips are available for preschools, daycares, and other child-related businesses.
