Our Rules
Welcome to Joyland Kids Play and Party Center! To ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience, please follow our rules:
- Socks Required: For safety and hygiene, all guests must wear non-slip socks to enter the play areas. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $3.99.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: For the comfort and safety of all guests, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Age Limit: Joyland is designed for kids up to age 10. For safety, older siblings (ages 11 and up) are not permitted on the play floor but are welcome to assist younger children.
- Stay with Your Kids: Parents and caregivers must remain in the play area at all times. You can relax in our designated seating area while keeping a close eye on your child.
- Health and Safety: Please do not bring sick children into the play area. We want to keep the space as clean and germ-free as possible.
- Rough Play: To ensure safety, we do not allow rough play. Please step in if you see your child engaging in any unsafe behavior.
- Respect for All: Please encourage your child to share toys and play nicely with others. We want everyone to have a great time!
- Liability Waiver: An up-to-date waiver is required for all visitors. Joyland is not liable for any injuries that may occur during your visit.
- Sanitization: We have plenty of sanitation stations throughout the facility. Please feel free to use them often to keep your hands clean and safe.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel a membership, please email info@myjoyland.com with your name and email.
- Have Fun: Most importantly, have a blast! Joyland is here to create memorable experiences for you and your family. Thank you for helping us keep Joyland safe and fun for everyone!
